Dealers and Wholesalers within European Union

Please send us your order request including your detailed company address information (address, telephone & fax no., email addresses) and most important your V.A.T. Id. No. by Fax or by eMail. Before we start business we will have to check the validity of your V.A.T. Id. No. with the German Federal Ministry of Finance. This will take around 30 minutes by telephone call.

Important: Please provide us with all necessary address details (specially the legal form of your company) to prevent any problems checking your V.A.T. Id. No. otherwise we can not execute your order.

Please advise your preferred way of shipment. We are using UPS Standard or Express and TNT Global Express for shipments within the European Union. We always use transport insurance on every shipment (CIF). The transport and insurance cost will be performed in the Proforma Invoice. You can also use your own forwarder for pickup, no transport cost will be added (EXW). In case of pickup with your own forwarder (f.e. TNT or DHL) you will have to inform us about your Account No. used for your forwarder and if you want us to use the forwarders transport insurance. You will be notified about shipments tracking no. in any case.

Dealers and Wholesalers in Switzerland and worldwide (not included to the european community)

Please send us your order request including your detailed company address information together with your trade licence for customs purpose. Please provide us with your preferred way of shipment. We are using Euroexpress (Post Package), TNT Global Express or UPS Express Service (what is much more expensive!) for countries where customs documents are required. The transport and insurance cost (CIF) will be performed in the Proforma Invoice. We always try to find a cheap transport solution for every shipment.

You can also use your own forwarder for pickup, no transport cost will be added (EXW). In case of pickup with your own forwarder (f.e. TNT or DHL) you will have to inform us about your Account No. used for your forwarder and if you want us to use the forwarders transport insurance. You will be notified about shipments tracking no. in any case.
